Say goodbye to over-the-counter syrups! This simple DIY elixir will deliver a quick dose of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals in a concentrated dose. We’ve combined some of nature's most potent remedies - and you probably have the ingredients already in your kitchen.

This homemade immune boosting blend has the nutrients your body needs to stimulate the immune system and kickstart your mornings. You can even prepare the juice in the Vibe Blender System the night before and store it in the fridge. All you have to do when you wake up is pour a quick shot.

The flavour is quite an explosion in your mouth, so start with a small amount of ginger and turmeric. For children, blend in a few more oranges or dilute with coconut water. It’s really delicious with ice.

INGREDIENTS 

1-4 oranges
1 lemon
2 cm piece of ginger root
1 cm piece of turmeric root
1-2 teaspoons Manuka honey

METHOD

1.  Peel the lemons and orange. Cut in half and remove the seeds.
2.   Peel the turmeric and ginger root.
3.   Throw all the ingredients into the Vibe Blender jug then blend on smoothie mode for approx. 40 seconds
4.   Pour into glasses and drink straight away or store in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
